QuikPAY® - Help for Authorized Payers

To avoid logon failures, use these helpful tips:

1. Once you have reset your password, please keep a record of your password and login name for future reference.

2. The account holder must give the password directly to you.

3. If you forget your password you must have the account holder reset your password.

4. Be sure that you are using the correct case (upper or lower) for user name and password. You must enter the user name and password exactly as set up by the account holder.

5. You will receive an email with the link for the logon to QuikPAY®. Only use this link to logon to the account. We suggest that you save this link to your favorites for future use. It is only through this link that you will be able to access the account.

6. Do not copy and paste in QuikPAY®. Doing this will cause additional characters to be entered into fields, which will affect access.
