General Information

Tuition

Tuition Schedule:
Tuition rates for undergraduate and graduate credit hours are provided by the Office of the Registrar at the Tuition schedule web page. A $100 Late Registration Fee is charged if the initial registration of classes is on or after the first day of the semester.

A $100 Non-Payment of Tuition charge will be charged if the tuition is not paid in full by the due date.

When is Tuition billed?
CMU has registration periods for each semester.  Phase I registration for the fall semester begins in March.  CMU email bills for Fall Phase I are billed at the beginning of August with a payment due date of September 1st.  Spring semester registration begins in October.  CMU email bills for Spring Phase I are billed in December with a payment due date of January 1st.  Phase II registration begins approximately the week before classes begin.  Phase II Fall tuition is emailed at the beinning of September with a due date of October 1st.  Phase II Spring tuition is emailed at the beginning of February with a due date of March 1st.  Payment in full is required to avoid a $100 Non-Payment of Tuition charge.

I received my email billing statement for tuition but I have decided not to attend CMU for that semester:
If you received your email billing statement which shows your tuition for the current semester and you have decided not to attend CMU, you will need to contact the Registrar's office by email or by phone at (989) 774-3261.
