Apartment Rental
The rates below are per apartment, per month for furnished units and unfurnished apartments.
These rates were approved in April, 2005 by the CMU Board of Trustees, and are subject to change at any time. Rates are effective August 1, 2005.
Rent is billed one month in advance and is due by the beginning of each month (the e-mail statement will give the exact due date).
